1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how PRIMEPEAK INC. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our GoalScript application (“Service”), available on iOS, and our website at primepeak.io.

1.2 GoalScript is a local-first application. All user-created content — including goals, habits, tasks, progress entries, and activity data — is stored on your device. We do not require account creation, and we do not store your productivity data on our servers. Premium subscribers may optionally sync their data via their personal Apple iCloud account.

1.3 By using our Service, you agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other applicable international data protection regulations.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 What We Do Not Collect

GoalScript does not require account creation or sign-in. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal account information through the app. All your productivity data — goals, habits, tasks, entries, and progress — is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

If you subscribe to Premium, your data is additionally synced to your personal Apple iCloud account (under your own Apple ID) to enable cross-device access and restore after reinstall. This data goes to Apple's iCloud service, not to us — we have no access to it. A small anonymous app-settings file (your local identifier and app preferences) syncs via iCloud for all users to support continuity across reinstalls. You can disable iCloud for GoalScript at any time in iOS Settings.

2.2 Payment Information

If you subscribe to premium features, payment details are collected and processed through our third-party provider, RevenueCat (revenuecat.com), which handles subscriptions and purchases via the App Store. Your subscription is identified by an anonymous device identifier — no personal information is required. We do not store payment details directly.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

2.3.1 Device Information: We collect information on your device type, operating system, and anonymous unique identifiers to ensure compatibility and performance.

2.3.2 Usage Data: Anonymous information on how you interact with our Service, including accessed features and time spent, is collected to improve your experience. This data is not linked to any personal identity.

2.3.3 Location Data: We may use your IP address to determine general location, which helps us deliver relevant services. Precise location tracking is not used.

3. Data Collected by Third-Party Services

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on the following providers for limited operational functions. None of these providers receive your personal productivity data (goals, tasks, habits, etc.), which remains exclusively on your device.

3.1.1 RevenueCat (revenuecat.com): Handles payment processing and subscription management via the App Store. RevenueCat receives an anonymous device identifier to manage your subscription status — no personal information is shared.

3.1.2 Mixpanel (mixpanel.com), PostHog (posthog.com), and Vercel Analytics (vercel.com/docs/analytics): Used for anonymous usage analytics and site analytics to help us understand and improve user experience.

3.1.3 Sentry (sentry.io): Tracks errors and performance issues, collecting error logs and device information to improve app stability.

3.1.4 Expo Application Services (EAS) (expo.dev/eas): Supports mobile app development and deployment, and may collect device information and crash reports.

3.1.5 Vercel (vercel.com): Hosts and deploys our marketing website, collecting site usage metrics and server logs.

3.1.6 CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com): Provides content delivery for external scripts used within the Service.

3.1.7 Apple iCloud (apple.com/icloud): If you subscribe to Premium, your GoalScript data is synced to your personal iCloud account to enable cross-device sync and backup. This data is stored under your own Apple ID and is subject to Apple's privacy policy; PRIMEPEAK INC. cannot access it.

4. How We Use Your Information

4.1 Service Improvement

Anonymous usage data and device information help us analyze how users interact with the Service, allowing us to make improvements and tailor features to user needs.

4.2 Notifications

All notifications and reminders are local notifications scheduled directly on your device using the operating system's native notification system — no push notification service is used. You can manage notification preferences within the app or your device settings.

4.3 Subscription and Payment Management

Anonymous payment data collected by RevenueCat enables us to manage subscriptions and process transactions through the App Store.

4.4 Legal Compliance and Security

We process data as required by applicable laws, including for regulatory purposes, fraud prevention, and response to government requests.

5. How We Share Your Information

5.1 Service Providers

We share limited, anonymous information with third-party providers such as RevenueCat, Mixpanel, PostHog, and Sentry to support Service operations. These providers access only the information necessary to perform their functions, and we ensure their compliance with data protection laws. Your personal productivity data (goals, tasks, habits, progress) is never shared with any third party.

5.2 Legal Compliance

We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to subpoenas, court orders, or government requests, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

5.3 Business Transfers

If PRIMEPEAK INC. undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, any information we hold may be transferred to the new ownership, provided it is used consistently with this Privacy Policy.

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Your Data, Your Control

Because GoalScript stores all productivity data locally on your device, you have full and direct control over your data at all times. You can view, modify, or delete your data directly within the app without needing to contact us.

6.2 Data Export

GoalScript provides built-in import and export functionality for premium subscribers, allowing you to back up your data or transfer it as needed.

6.3 Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by deleting the app from your device or using the in-app data management features. Since your data is stored locally, deletion is immediate and complete.

6.4 Opt-Out and Consent Management

You may request to opt out of anonymous analytics at any time by contacting us at info@primepeak.io. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings.

6.5 California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

California residents may request access to specific data collected, deletion of data, and opt-out of any “sale” of personal data as defined under CCPA. We do not sell personal data. Requests can be submitted to info@primepeak.io.

7. Data Security

7.1 Your productivity data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features (device passcode, biometrics, encryption). We do not have access to this data. For the limited anonymous data we collect (analytics, error reports), we use technical and administrative safeguards to protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

8. Data Retention

8.1 Your productivity data is stored locally on your device and retained for as long as you choose to keep the app installed. We do not retain your personal productivity data on our servers. If you use Premium iCloud sync, a copy of your data also remains in your personal iCloud account until you delete it (you can remove GoalScript's iCloud data in iOS Settings under your Apple ID > iCloud). Anonymous analytics and error-tracking data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy and comply with legal obligations.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

9.1 Our website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising, and we do not show a cookie consent banner — because there is nothing non-essential to consent to.

9.2 Cookieless, anonymous analytics. To understand how our website is used — which pages are viewed and which links are clicked — we collect aggregate, anonymous usage events. This is done without cookies and without storing any identifier on your device. Visits are counted using a privacy-preserving method (a daily-rotating, non-reversible value computed on our server) that cannot be used to identify you, and cannot follow you across days or across other websites. We do not collect your name, email, or any account information through the website, and we do not sell or share this data or use it for advertising.

9.3 No raw IP retention. We use coarse, country- and region-level location derived from standard network information to understand where our audience is. We do not store your full IP address, and we do not pass it to our analytics provider.

9.4 Service providers. Anonymous website-usage events are processed by Mixpanel on our behalf; aggregate performance and error data may be processed by Vercel and Sentry (see Section 3). None of these receive personal data, and our website does not set analytics cookies through them.

9.5 Strictly necessary technology. Limited storage may be used only where strictly necessary to deliver the website securely (for example, standard hosting and security protections). This is not used for tracking and does not require consent. You can also block or delete storage in your browser settings at any time.

10. Children's Privacy Guidelines

10.1 The Service is designed for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at info@primepeak.io to have it deleted.

11. International Data Transfers

11.1 Your productivity data is stored locally on your device and is not transferred to our servers; if you enable Premium iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal Apple iCloud account, which may involve Apple servers located outside your jurisdiction. The limited anonymous data collected by our third-party analytics and error-tracking providers may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside of your jurisdiction. By using our Service, you consent to such transfers, subject to compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable international data protection standards.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

12.1 We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or compliance with applicable laws. We will post any changes on our website, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or on our website.
